The R&A have produced a guide to the rules. The Rules application makes use ofAdobe® Flash software. To experience it the way it is intended, you need Flash Player - a plug-in for your Web Browser that can play the content they created.
Launch the 2012 Rules Application
If you are not sure if you have Flash Player plugin installed click here to see if you have and what version. If you haven't the site will guide you to install the latest version for your computer and web browser. The Flash Player is free of charge.
