Non-qualifying night golf competition
Texas Scramble in teams of 4 over 7 holes
Sign up and pay individually, AND sign up as a team on the Notice Board
Minimum of one drive per player
Handicap - 25%/20%/15%/10% from lowest to highest
Open to 5 and 7-day members
Cannon start at 6.00 p.m. over 7 holes of a course which will be professionally lit.
Sign up as an individual and note the other team members on the Competitions Notice Board.
Sign up by the 10th November 2025 (if not already full).
Information will be issued after the closing date.
The maximum number of players will be 40, with a maximum of 2 juniors per team.
Play from Purple tees:
Entry fee for members is £20 and for guests is £25
All players must have a WHS handicap
Any junior 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Please sign up as soon as possible to secure your place.

All members of the team tee off. One of these drives is chosen to be used for the next shot, and all members of the team place their balls where the chosen drive ended up. Mark the ball's position, and the other players place it within 6 inches if it is on the fairway or the green, or drop it as near as possible if it is in the rough. The entire team play a second shot from this spot. Continue in this way until the ball is in the hole.
One player should keep the record on the scorecard and sign it at the end of the round. The gross score for each hole should be marked on the score card against the player whose tee shot was used, e.g. A, B, C or D.
